Monica Neubauer is an active REALTOR who combines her love of the real estate industry with her passion for education.  Since 2002 Monica has been busy selling in the Nashville, TN market.  Her achievements over these years have led to her receiving the REALTOR of the Year award for the year 2015 from the Williamson County Association of Realtors and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Outstanding Service Award by the NAR in 2014.  She loves education and holds the following designations:  ABR, SRES, GREEn, GRI, CRS, SRS, EPro, AHWD. 

As an avid learner, she is always learning new things, and applies them to her teaching and business. She is a National Instructor and teaches at both state and local realtor associations around the country.
