This course demonstrates those things that successful agents do different from the average agent. It gives specific strategies and marketing systems to move their business to the next stage of success both professionally and financially. Attendees will learn how to organize their real estate career like a business, learn how to leverage their market statistics, learn how to plan for retirement and learn how to implement marketing to make these things happen. Agents of all experience level will find benefit in discovering how to take their business to the next stage of success.

    After attending this course, you will be able to:

 Gee Dunsten

Gee Dunsten, a graduate of the University of Maryland, has been in the trenches of the real estate business for three decades, having helped more that 2500 families achieve the American dream of homeownership.  Starting in recreational sales, he progressed to general sales manager, then owner/broker in 10 years.  In 1986 Gee sold his business and returned to his first love…selling real estate.  Nationally recognized as a residential sales and marketing specialist, Gee is currently an associate broker with Long and Foster in Ocean City, MD.  He has co-written and developed the Recreation and Resort Specialist Training courses and is recognized as a Recreation and Resort Specialist.

Gee has been a Certified Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists for more than 25 years and served as 2001 National President.  A prolific author and speaker, his hand on approach to real estate training with leading edge ideas and systems has made him a popular speaker at the NAR conventions, as well as numerous state and local association conventions and seminars.  He is also president of Gee Dunsten Seminars, Inc. and has taught in all 50 states, as well as Australia, New Zealand and Chile.

Gee was inducted into the Real Estate Experts Hall of Fame in 2012 and was recently selected as one of ten Top5 Elite Speakers.

With all of his career accomplishments, Gee views his greatest success as the building of his family.  Gee and his wife, Susan have been blessed with five children and four grandchildren.
